What are your delivery options and costs within Australia?
We offer standard shipping across Australia via Australia Post and StarTrack. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location.
Can I return or exchange an item purchased online?
Yes, we accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on innerwear, hosiery, or opened bedding.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Afterpay for flexible interest-free installments.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Currently, Click & Collect is available at selected MUJI retail stores in Victoria and New South Wales. You can select the 'Pick Up' option during the checkout process if your items are eligible.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Many of our electronics and furniture items come with a limited manufacturer's warranty. Please retain your tax invoice as proof of purchase and contact our customer service team for any functional issues.
